Got the lower panel on the passenger tail light banged out yesterday. Getting this side to match the other side was the toughest part. Had to use the my angle finder most of the day, checking and then re-checking again. Ended up working out great and they are symmetrical and look great to me. I wont go too in depth with this side.

A few more pictures schaefer took yesterday with his camera. Glad the rain stopped last night so we could pull the car out to have a look from far back. It was dark so excuse the low light pictures...

Here's two shots of me grafting away.

Thanks Leo and Chris. I am going down to the states this week to pick up my new chrome bezels, my Lee style bubble lenses and 7 more teeth for my grille. Hope to get some pictures of it all on as soon as I can finish up the passenger light next week.

  17. I still can't believe how rad this car is! It is for sure one of the if not THE nicest '53-'54's being built right now. Everything flows so well! You have a great eye, can't wait to see the finished result:cool:

Got the passenger side tail light fabrication all finished up yesterday. Bolted up my new bezels and my Lee lenses i purchased a few weeks ago. Super happy with how the tail lights look now that both are finished and ready to weld. Here is a few shots from all sides.

Next up is starting the molded splash pans to flow the rear sheetmetal underneath the pontiac bumper. Gonna pull of the bumper this week and start building the wood forms to hammer the sheetmetal over. Will keep you posted once I start.

That bumper looks great on there now! I think the other guy that said he didn't like it meant because it stuck WAY out passed the sheetmetal. It flows very well now. COOL!
