  1. Thought I'd kick it off as I don't see any other threads started...

I'm thankful for inspiration and for this great venue! More to come...

A custom GAZ M21 Volga. Lowered a tad, teardrop heads, skirts, reshaped C-pillar and leaned B-pillar, stock grille with the top chrome bar moved below the hood line, and some other minor looking things. Hopefully, just a first&mildest from a whole series :D

Knife carved Aluminum skull and a Christmas present, for a friend, made around a 1922 Insurance "Safe Driver" token. Yeah, and that's a glimpse of Doc's "Racing Turtle", in the background, mocked up in clay:)............Don't ask me, ask Doc:D

My inspiration to my Uncle Norm. He was encouraging me to create again...So, he left behind a handful of dry erase markers on the table and I started this on a dry erase board but it was a no go. And some of the markers were dry. So, I grabbed a sheet of copy paper and it worked but....lacking experience I overestimated the size, opps! My husband said I should have used legal size...Okay, this is my first try here, bear with me. I have not drawn in many, many years and you all (Mark) are an inspiration as well. And it was fun...TY for your support, Mary, Norm's Niece

New paint for my tank (admittedly it's on my sportbike, but still). I got the idea for the tiki off someone on one of these artshows, sorry I can't remember who or I'd give credit.

  26. Hi Mary. I'm glad you figured out the easiest way to load your image...
for the first time in years with very basic markers, that's a darn cool sketch.
    It is also recognizable!

To the FAS community who don't know, Mary is the niece of the late, great,
Norman Grabowski... Some may recall that I did a quick tribute piece in respect to Norm's contributions to the hobby. Mary commissioned a large format print of the image and granted permission to make a couple copies.
To help her out with the costs of settling Norm's estate I am offering one of only 5 copies on the HAMB alliance auction. These are museum quality giclee prints at apps 17 x 22 inches and will be signed, numbered and documented.
It is actually only 1 0f 4 in circulation because I will retain one as an artist's proof so the number sequence will be 3of4. Please pass this along to your friends and other members of the HAMB as proceeds will be slit between Mary and Ryan. Ryan will be free to use his portion as he sees fit. Keep your eyes peeled... and thank you in advance!!!

    ...as a remeinder...
