front tube lower shock mount.

  1. I know about the bracket that bolts to the bottom of the spring pearch mount. I have never liked them so I am looking for another way. I am planning on F1 top shock mounts.

    Show me what you have for bottom mounts.

    2 vertical "ears" on the inside of the split wishbones...

    Yep thats what I did on my T-bucket.
     

  5. you could always do it the "traditional" way and tig weld (2) threaded bungs to the front of the axle/spring perch boss...

  7. Traditionally we had no tig welder. All we had was a Sears buz box and we were lucky to have that.

    :) That's right & we used Lincoln 7018AC rod and it worked fine...

    A very old solution to the problem. I like it because it's obviously not store bought.
