Not quite the right place to mention it, but mine from a couple posts up is for sale. I'll be posting in the next couple of days on the classifieds or just give me a yell.

[/ATTACH] bought this for a buddy of mine for Christmas about 6 years ago for $300. it was just a cowl and 4 doors off of a 29 Chevy, everything else was built from scratch. one of our first builds. sniff, sniff *tear*

Thanks for the quick resonse, Tim. They certainly look custom, but I was hoping I could go search for a similar set somewhere.

PM bulletz here on the HAMB. He makes some real nice wheel covers that are similar. I'm thinking about going that route on mine eventually.

Heres a few pics of mine. I just mounted the front end after replacin the newer style tierods ends with model 'a' ends. I am working on the flooring and cab rear/sides, the pasenger side is nearly done and have yet to start on the drivers' side joining the floor to the rear quarter panels and cowl.
I am currently working on the rear suspension, i changed from the quarter elip going attaching the rear directly to shackles and am adding lower control arms. This weekend i made the controlarm attachments on the housing and made the brackets for the chassis but need some materials for the control arms. I hope to have it rolling in a couple days.
I'll probably make shock mounts this afternoon.

Pretty good, only one owner removed from the originator. Back in the 50's and 60's some builds took 5 or 10 owners to get them on the road!

Mine has been mainly on the back burner, but the rear ladder bars are getting redone and I just got some steering arms and a tie rod. Besides that not much else has happened since my last update.

Well, I don't have any pictures to show 'cause the stuff I've completed isn't glamerous enough, but mine now has the body mounted, the dash narrowed and guage placements cut, been doing some shrinking and stretching to smooth the body out, and rounded up some non existent engine parts. I also got the radiator and headlight mounts set up and finish welded. I will be doing the hood and belly pans soon, then I think mine will be going up for sale this spring.

  26. Here is mine that we are building for the GNRS in a few weeks. I know, I know, we still have a lot of work to do:)

Coalition, Any idea where this body came from? It's stretched, right? Also, do you have any more detailed pics of the front and rear 1/4 elliptical mounts? I really dig the way the stance of this thing.:)
