How about a gas cap thread

    I was happy with the cap on the left that I was running on my 35 Ford P.U. untill I went to a swap meet last week, I couldn't walk past the one on the right:eek:, what are you guys running.

    Here's mine..a repurposed Halibrand knock-off used on some mid-60's Studebaker Larks & Avantis. It's almost identical in shape & size as the Moon gas caps of the day. I did some surgery on the original gas cap to adapt it to the underside of the spinner. The tank is from a 1924 Federal-Knight truck.

  10. I'd like to find one like the one on the left for my Stude truck! They are both good looking caps though.
