Spalding Flamethrower dual coil and dual point distributor. This is the earliest version, before Grant became involved.

NOS in the box 2nd design Edelbrock SY1 intake manifold. Also known as the Smokey Ram. First design manifold did not have very much clearance for a distributor on the back runner.

Now known as Arao. My engine guy has a set which he has compared to my 32V Weslake heads - he says the Weslake heads are vastly superior in every way - that's his professional opinion....

Here's a random quote or two pulled from the interweb;):

They leak coolant like crazy because the castings suck, and have horrible valvetrain issues. . Also russ arao is a crook and will take payment and never deliver or give you a pile of shit that would only be worthy of making it into a end table.

The 32v dominion/arao heads have some interesting valve train, valve angle, chamber and more simularitys to the old Weslake 32v heads. The weslake sbc versions have a better port layout than the sbc arao version though. The ford ones dont have this problem/issue as they are more like the weslake layout.

here's an inside peek at the heads on my Weslake Chevy:

NOS Edelbrock STR10 manifold. I have never seen another NOS before so I figured it was worthy of posting.

W&H DuCoil Distributor for small block Chevrolet. Tough to find. Even tougher for the cap and rotor.

I finally scored a set of Block Letter Weiand VC's for 265 & 283's a couple months ago. That was on my list of must have parts so now I can check it off.

I thought it was cool the valleys of the fins had black splatter paint. I've heard from quite a few people that was a common paint to use on the engine bays of race cars.

  18. I know the saying around " If there is no picture, It didnt happen"
But I just cant get pictures to post.
I have a mag drive pump for a old 1 7/8 Hilborn injection on my old 55 Chev Gasser, Bought it used in 67, Car hasnt ran since early 70s.
Maybe when I get old and have nothing to do, we can get it going again.

I've got three of'em on the shelf in the shed. Also got a couple 4-71 chrysler manifolds.
