    were hosting one of genes famous workshops here at gambino kustoms and if any of you have been at any of his past work shops gene covers a hell of alot of material in the 2 days ! gene brings & shares 50 years of experience

    its 300.00 for the 2 days and were starting the sign ups call us at

    LEARN
    gas welding - hammer welding - leading

    FABRICATION OF
    compound curves and complex shapes by using the following equipment
    english wheel - sandbag - wood hammer forms - station bucks - sheetmetal break - bead roller - stakes - shrinker & stretcher

    OTHER TOPICS INCLUDE
    basic metalurgy - strategy for metal repair - hammer & dolly theory and technique - shrinking - hole filling - metal finishing

    were thinking about doing a chop friday night and sat night after the class this aint 100% yet but a high posability so any one wanting to hang out is welcome to

    In order to get the A pillars to line up after the center section was cut out, the lower portion was heated and brought in...

    And the new profile (sort of, there was still some bracing and wheel-well that had to be cut out, so the top could come down all the way in the back)...

    Holy shit what a weekend. This man is truly a master of his craft. 84 years old, fighting a cold, and a busted wing and he out worked over 40 of us half his age!! Dude is a machine. Super down to earth, will talk to anyone about anything, and his skills are unbelievable.All in all a totally kick ass weekend and I would do it all over again. If you ever have the chance, beg borrow or steal to get your ass to one of Gene's classes!! Here's some shitty cell pics I took:

    Damn Alex now I have a dilemma.......Almost have enough dough for the uprights or do I do the class? And before you answer ( I know I need the class ) I really hated the fact that I missed it last time. Im gonna talk to the wife tonight about the that weekend Just to make sure I have the time cleared.........

    this workshop sounds great, quick question what is the skill level a student should have? is this class for beginners and does each student need to know how to weld? thanks for your time.

    for beginners all the way to advanced gene covers it all no tools to basic hand tools to e wheels pullmax bead roller ect. ect. gene covers alot of terretory

    Just saw this. I want to go. When do we need to pay by to sign up?

    I don't have the cash to spend to pay now but will for sure be able to save the funds by the end of November.
