drove my 34 for the first time tonight, back in the shed early tomorrow for the final thrash.

 

Flying down tomorrow from qld, looking forward to it but it sounds like I'll need a jacket! Least the beer will stay cold!

I was too busy having a blast to take too many pics.

 

What a pity it was so wet on Saturday. I heard a few got stuck in the mud on the speedway track. A pity as it would have been so wet underfoot as well. Hopefully the Weather on Sunday will be like it was on Friday. I also hear the camping area is twice as big as last year.

Yet another Great Show... This show just keeps getting bigger & better. Great thought into the Planning of the Circuit & Drag strip and the updated ammenities were great. Hats off to you Ryan and your Crew...

nice pics! it was so good seeing so many really nice cars covered in mud

 

CHOPPED, wasn't just an event it was a total experience, some cars had so much mud on them you'd swear they were in the earthmoving business.
And not a peice of billet to be seen anywhere, gotta love that.

... Very cool music scene too- and the $10 lentil burgers tasted fine & were very satisfactory. Stawell lentils, ymmm.

 

Ha. That must have been in the dry on Friday. Man, I couldn't find the groove in the rain on Saturday. What a blast though, flinging mud all over the place.

 

Does any one else have repairs to do every year after chopped? Not a big drama but it limited my driving a bit.
