Another shoebox build thread

    chopping the front of the frame off to make room for the mustang II clip

    got the front clip held in place with some bolts through some existing holes, just has to be welded up

    Pretty readical chop, nice work though, keep up the pic,s I'd like to see where your headed with this...

    yeah, I've had a few people complain about how much I chopped it, but I've seen a couple with the same chop that looked so good!

  6. Everyone has there own personal taste including myself. I like a full blown sled like your doing. Keep on going your doing a hell of a job. I'm more conservative but i love radicals.

    I think the Shoeboxes can handle a radical chop like the red one above. Some cars cant. Nice work!!

  14. Keep goin...this is my old '50...'nother guy in town did the chop and also the mustang II setup. Had a 350 chevy/3350 turbo and drove like a dream. Last 2 photos were taken after I sold it.

    did a little work this weekend on the a-pillars

    just got a little more finish work to do, and match up the drip rails then on to the other side

    The SB is looking bad ass looks like your doing all the right things to me.Nice chop font end and stance you have any shots of e rear set up.

    That is one seriously hard chop to your shoebox.
    As others have said, I'm not so much into big big chops like that, but it looks great. I reckon you have nailed it and I'm looking forward to seeing the finished product.

    This is my shoebox chopped 7 and 9 like yours but my pillars aren't leaned? I am 6' 1" and ride comfortably in it. I do duck when I hit hard dips but just cruising is not bad. I drive it in long trips as well.
