Oh, no doubt! Cut back on the OEM slotted stock and employ more counter guys that know their stuff! From behind the walls: "O.K., guys...no more slotted OEM for the Chevy guys...Push the smoothies." How that business ran down is..... Oops! Might be political...
Not for me it hasnt. That company was a good resource for too many years and all of a sudden the owner dies and the business is sold to people with different ideas.
it's not a recent thing. My bad experience with their customer service was way back in 99. So yes years of bad service.
