Looking great, just such a great profile.

I would love to have that with a tailgate on the back to take a bike to the salt flats.

  2. Absolutely beautiful work. Get back to it, please!

lynnn!!!! Is the late model roof from the Tbird? 10 dollars delivered and it turned into this , you are a madman!!!!!

  4. That T-bird roof was perfect for the sides of the top. Here you can see how I fitted the roof panel sliced in half....

"36 is looking great, Lynn.Certainly not the average run-of-the mill '36. Incidently, I named my son Lynn back in 1957. After reading so many Hot Rod mags back east, I found a photo of Lynn Wineland in his '32. That was all I needed.

Really did a good job, looks alot like some of the shots in my Grandmothers family album. The photo itself, not the car, there arent many full-on early '40s style customs in my family albums.:(

Nice to hear that you've got it running, Lynn.

Can't wait to see what you'll be getting up to next.

I have some original pictures of the Mines Field Official Car for
Dec 23rd.. I received many pictures from Steve Puckett whos father Henry Puckett owned Atlas Plating Co. I have lots of pictures of their very clean winning cars and many of the 1930's Legion Ascot Race Programs. I have several angles of the Official car that you mentioned. Once I get them in the computer I will send them. You can send me a private message at [email protected] if you would like. Also what do you know about the Official Car? Was that built by Henry Puckett from Atlas or only sponsored?

  21. Awesome work Lynn!

    Any pending updates?

  22. Getting ready to rebuild a Flattie for this project. Just got my roadster pickup running so I've been busy dialing it in...
