Well the Alter Boys new location at The Singletary Rod & Gun Club in Oxford turned out to be great. The place was packed. Bad Penny and I hooked up with these two hoodlums and drove down the back roads to the show.

There are some sucky things about the North-East, but it is definately the hot spot for old time hot rod shows. No other area of the planet, posts as many shows on hamb.

Yeah, that truck was really neat to see. I didn't pay much attention to it until Randy (Flat Power) pointed it out to us.

Well there were a few, but I choose to ignore them. Here's a couple more pics.

This was for sale at Alter Boys last year.

Thanks bud!!! That black '34, was it Bubba67's old car with the cream wheels? Engine bay and rest of the car looks it. That's one of my favorite coupes. I love the stance and just about everything else (minus spreader bar) but that's just me being extremely picky. Car is pure awesomeness!!!

I love the wheels on the maroon '34 and thanks so much for the extra pics!

WOW, we had a great time this year at the new location!!!! It was super easy to manage, everyone was happy and we had some cool cars.....Yes a few "not so Alter Boys" cars did get in but when it comes down to it...we need to pay the bands, pay the rental fee and lots of other expenses.

We had some real special cars show up this year for sure!!! The first was the Kowalski belly tanker!!!! What a fantastic group of people, EJ and his mom, cant say enough nice things about them...they drove all the way from PA with the tanker in tow to attend the show!!

The tanker now holds the record on the salt for its class, beating the Old Crow!!!

EJ, Mom....thanks for coming I really enjoyed hanging out with you.

Second was Jim lowerey with his line up of vintage tin and his survivor '32 3 window!!! What a beautiful car!!! I would like to thank Jim Lowerey and his Dad for bringing an awesome display of cars to the show!

There are many more cars that were breathtaking but we really dont have time to actually walk the show and check them out....

I want to give a huge thank you to all the vendors that donated items for the raffle.

    1. Mark Lewis of Lews collectibles
    2. Billy Belmont of Belmonts Rod & Custom
    3. The Kowalski race team and Brendon for the kick ass Rat Fink shirt
    4. Rick Hamilton of Galaxy Rod & Custom
    5. Todd from Rebel Wire donated a kick ass $50 gift cert.....thank you!
5> The dude that sells all the posters and signs

Thanks to all that supported us this year at the new location!!!!

Ha, that ^ 33/34 Ford sedan with the hemi, in the middle of those pics; I remember seeing that car at the first local car show I ever entered, back in 1973! ...and it was a old build THEN. :)

No, my car is fine! I got a new job and fucked up and told them I only need time off in october to get down to n.j. I totally flaked about this show, and it was too late to ask for it off...being a grown up sucks
