putting one in my rpu now, ended up being a litle bigger task than i first planned , nothing major though, ran into issues with the waterpunp being too long and had to order the snow white short waterpump conversion which is 2 inches shorter, luckily my firewall was already recessed about 3 inches . still in the mockup stages now but hopefully no other issues arise !

These are the only pics I have with the chrome dress-up, but they were taken after the accident.

theres a outfit outa fresno california that makes a conversion withy an opel waterpump and adapter that will gain you about 2 inches of clearence , ford racing also makes a short waterpump kit also but i believe it will only gain you 1 and 3/4 inches. during mockup i discovered even with my engine set back as far as it could go to the cab my stock length waterpump was going to put my fan into the area where the radiator should be so i looked into the snow white kit which should give me enough room to run a mechanical fan, havent recieved it yet but i will try to post pics when i get it mocked up.

  14. I have a '94 302 that I plan on putting in my '28 Tudor. I will be running a C4 with it. Plan on going with a 4" resessed firewall.

  15. The Red Roadster Pick up has an Aluminum Head 302 Ford SVO motor with the Ford racing "Short Street Rod Water Pump kit". The Salmon (OK Pink) Tudor has a 11.5:1 early 302 with the Snow White Water pump kit.

Need to correct - per Snowwhite..it is not "any" Opel water pump - it is specifically for the Opel GT 1.9 Liter engine (GT is that little thing they tried to make look like a chubby junior vette). Anyway, they provide a NEW Opel pump with their kit, and I just ordered a replacement (pump only) for the 27 T/289 C4 car. Pleasant as heck to deal with.

Just sold this '29 RPU, here's where it was going. Lincoln 302/C4, 4" recessed firewall, P&J's engine mounts and removable tubular tranny mount. Easy Peasy.
