Glad you're recovering, but don't hit it too hard or fast. You'll find little things make you dizzy and space out for a few weeks.

"hydrate or die" that is or used to be the slogan for Camelback, the company who makes water backpacks for cyclists and hikers. all the hats and white shirts in the world won't help if you are dehydrated. heat almost got me on a solo mountainbike ride a few years back. I lived and learned and got the biggest backpack water system they got.

Had heat stroke about 20 years ago and what every one is saying about being more cautious and stuff is absolutely true. Wear white, big brimmed hats and drink lots of fluids. Take care of yourself.
