    It has been driven, just disassembled it for painting firewall, hoping to hit a few shows this year, james dean run and possibly goodguys Indy if i can afford the admission. Hahah

    Stripped the primer off, you pay for the paint and patch panels and I will do it. wanna drive it this year.

    John Evans says paint it, he also collects dogs. I've never heard of dog collecting.

  12. Nice car. The bare metal look has been done to death. Still, it does give you a buzz, and id run it like that untill you can afford paint. Either clear coat it, or wash with WD40 once in a while.

    Looks great.. I like the headlight placement.. Oh, and I like bare metal coupes too......

    I think it's cool! Who cares what has been "done to death" as long as you dig it? ;)

    I like the look of headlight centerline being equal to the top of the front tires.
    Carry on as you like.

    I think they look equal to the top of the wheels. Nice looking rod.

    Almost as many have been run in bare metal as there have been painted.:rolleyes:

    I've always liked the bare metal look, but there is definitly alot of them out there.

    looks cool man, mine will probably stay bare for some time once i get it running. once it runs its going to be driven :)

    I like the bare metal look that shows a perfect body, with photos taken fron every angle. Those photos prove how nice it was after you paint it. Bob

    I like it, leave it bare for awhile, who the hell cares. You said you may not have the dough for a car show, I think we can understand you not having the dough for the paint job.

    Gibbs brand oil spray is the best for keeping it protected.
