History Anybody got good shots of their Dad's old cars?

Pictures of Dad's 31 Model A Hot Rod through the years.

First picture is of it in primer in the late 50's before he painted it.

Second picture is of it on a car club float for the local high school's homecoming parade.

Third picture is at a car show in 1961 at Bennett's Go-Cart track in Utica, IL

Last picture was taken at the 2012 Chicago World of Wheels last weekend with some of the family. Dad's on the far right...I'm on the far left.

i'm the 'dad' built the A 65-69....5.83 summers bros axles spool in olds ....my son &grdkids having fun with it now

Guy looks like Peyton Manning.

 

My pop-pop's cars 1st pic 1937 Buick coupe he blew up the original engine a few months after buying the car in the 40's. He owned this car till around 1960-61. I've got a ton of paperwork on the car and would love to find out if it still exists. This pic is dated spring 1951.

A few more the 1st pic is dated 1927 camping @ the Delaware water Gap

2nd pic not sure of date the lady is my great uncles wife.

If my uncle looks like a juvenile delinquent, it's because that's what he was. Still is, at age 82.

my dad's chopped 49 merc. he's been working on it since 1972. its getting there. you can see what a perfectionist he is.

 

I'm old, and Amish... First pic is parents first car it was a convertible, second pic is the limo in front of the church dad rented when he married mom, also a convertible, third pic was the family wagon,yet another convertible, fourth pic was our first motorhome.

 

My grandfather. He was a circus owner and lion tamer. He had a chauffer who drove him on business trips. The rest of the time he drove himself.

 

1957 Hudson Hornet Hollywood,2 door htp 327 Rambler 4 barrel v8 4 speed hydo, and duel exhausts. 1 of 266 built. If we had only known!

 

That last one with the oval rear window is a Pontiac.
