building a CARSON style top for my 30 A coupester

looks great , now i'm wishing i left that last bow out of the top before sending it for upholstery LOL

 

Can't wait to see the Carson top done. Looks like there will be a mail slot rear window? Hope you post a lot of pix of how the top is secured.

 

you need to do a tech article on that man. curious minds would like to know.

 

unbelievable ..... i sold the car and the top is still at the upholsterer and will not be any where near done in time to go 15 hours away to Canada with the car when it leaves . so i am stuck with a top i custom made for a car i no longer have and it was a coupester so it wont work on anything else . now i'm on the hunt for a bunch of pieces to put together another coupester i can make this top work on !!!! ughhh WTF!! no one will ever get to see pics of the top on the car now !!!

by the way, the reason the car looks good as a roadster it is because it was originaly a sports coupe, not a coupe. only figuered it out once got home with car.

 

I think that top was gonna look killer
