No sir. That is called a "passing eye". It was intended to see around the car in front of a driver without requiring one to stick his/her nose out over the divider lines on two lane highways. This way, one would be able to see oncoming traffic in a safer manner.

Hey guys, here are some pics from New Zealand, the Bomb scene is very young here, we have our own crew, Carnales NZ, just a good bunch of mates about 10 strong but are working on getting more bombs on the road, people just stop and stare with dumb-founded looks of joy on their faces when we drive past, they love it haha, enjoy :)

What a great forum to be able to see Kustoms/Lowriders all on one forum, I grew up in Lakewood in the sixties and seventies and cruised Bellflower Blvd. in my 59 Chevy Impala when it would take you a half our to cruise a half mile, from Artesia to Alondra Blvd. Hanging out in the alley behind the Stagg liquor store trying to get someone over 21 to buy us beer,or back in those days we refered to that as pimping beer. I still love lowered cars with Astro Supremes or Buick wires and rap around Bellflower pipes. For those of us lucky enough to have been able to cruise those years we literally lived American Graffitti.

Kinda harsh, don't you think? They actually look pretty sharp, and if they're having fun, what does it matter to you?

These cars are becoming popular world wide, they are the hottest thing in China, Europe, and Japan, I can see why, their art deco design makes them very pleasing to the eye, great thread and great cars!

Ditto! It's a shame that people don't dress as they once did and I mean for everyday life, not car shows. The guys in the picture are better dressed then the way young turds dress today with their pants under their ass.
