Cheers Ken, you realise, of course, that it is partially your fault!

Cool Clive, I hope to see you too.

Thanks Sakke. I like it too!

Make sure you have plenty of photo's of the build on your display (in colour ), too much of the workmanship is hidden by belly pans and panels...

    Thanks. Color pictures coming soon.

I have put together a folder with about 80 pictures.....in color.....showing a lot of build details. I had to cut it down from the 650 pictures on file!!!
I have included a bunch of my sketches of various parts pre construction.

  8. You need one of them scrolling
picture frames run off a CD.
    Be good at the show.
I did one for my Lincoln.
    Very cool to watch.

Hey guys, I have just finished packing up after a fantastic weekend at the Round-up. Still haven't made it home yet, I am at my folks for a free dinner! We had a great response to the event and everyone went away happy and dog tired. I was onsite security for the entire event, so slept in an office on a matress. I am looking forward to my bed for a couple of nights and a diet that doesn't include Pizza and banana cake for breakfast and chocolate for lunch!

I do think that the car was well received but i didn't take any pictures during the weekend. i handed the camera to my sister for a bit because hers had flat batteries, then when I did use mine, my batteries had gone flat. I will have a look when I get home and have unloaded to see what is on there. Some of the others may have a shot or two from the venue, but don't hold your breath on the color as the lights in the hall still don't do the paint justice. Eh Steve!

Thanks for all of your comments lads. I will catch up soon. I have two days work this week then I am off with the car in tow to the National Hot Rod show.

Yes the car looked great, and it was a great little show. I didn't take my camera either but you must have some COLOUR pics somewhere to put them all out of their misery.
It was good to catch up with you there and good luck for the National Show.
    Cheers

Cheers Russell. It was great to catch up with you too mate. I was busy flapping my gums and pressing the flesh all weekend so did not many but my sister did for me. The light in the venue makes for shite color.

Can't wait to see them. Love your work!

Was a great show Wade... congrats to the club for hosting it, and amazingly all club cars but two, who knew some many nice cars existed in little old Whangarei.
The paint was a bitch to photograph under lights, here are a couple that worked out OK.

Great job Wade. I think the colour looks very 'traditional'. You have done an amazing build.

I would mount them on the front and rear axles, that way (with any luck) they would have the crap shaken out of them, and would fall off...
