Event Coverage Goodguys COLUMBUS.....HOT HOT HOT!!!!!

OK, I'm going to try to start posting event photos again....it's been a while.

Last weekend was Goodguys' BIG ONE - Columbus - and it was a HOT one, literally. Temps were over 100 with the heat index over 115-degrees. The asphalt was 140-degrees. Dangerously hot, but people still made the trek.

Tons of cool stuff was there and half or more of the Builder's Choice Awards (the top awards of the event) went to traditional cars!

There was someone in another thread saying that there wasn't ever anything good at the Columbus swap meet. Here's proof that it's pretty damn fruitful!

im the one that said i havent found anything at the swap didnt find anything this year either i mean theres cool stuff all over the swap but nothing i needed well there was one pair of alum slots but they were over priced

i reup my membership ,now imm just waiting for indy to get here

Great stuff Kirk! I'm glad you braved the heat to get these, I couldn't take the heat. Thank God for the air conditioning in the surrounding buildings. I did finally brave the heat on Sunday when the cool front went thru - as you know, only in the high 90's.
