I own the '54 in post 347, was owned by Mark Werner, he called it "The Redskin", ended up with a 426 hemi & a clutch-flight. Now on street with a 283, 2x4, turbo 350, Mustang II. Anybody else have pic's or movies of it then?

Glad to hear it is still around and has not been converted back to factory stock. The only other picture I can find is the one below.

Feel free to post pics of what it looks like n

This is a pic of my the 62 ProStreet Corvete I owned.Ran a 468 BB blower motor until it blew up.:( Replace it with 402 BB Chevy . Had to put the Harwood scoop on to cover the hole in the hood from the blower. Was a 4spd car, narrowed 9 inch with 4.11s. Loved the looks of the car, but haated driving it. Steered like a tank and because of the scoop (worse with the blower)driver visability was terrible.

Tom, remember when Ron bought the new Nassau Blue 396 and ran at Avilla? You, Sid, your brother, and I used to go over to Avilla once in awhile. I forgot about Furthmiller's. I picked up some stuff at J&G near Harvester, a Mallory dual point, Rajah terminals, etc. I still have the Rajah's. ;)

Chris did build a '34 in the late 70's or early 80's, it wasn't a street rod though. It was the Malco Super Coupe. If I remember correctly it ran low 10's or high 9's. I used to see it at 75 & 80 Dragway just about every Saturday night. He then built a Cobra bodied car before they moved to Florida.

Thanks Future Stock, I had missed that thread and I don't remember seeing pics of the '34 before. A friend worked for Chris before he moved to Maryland, in the red, white and blue days. I know two differant people that did glass work on it. The last pics I had seen of the Corvette it was painted similar to the '34 colors, IF I remember right.

Here's my 62. Original F.I. car, 4:11, 4 speed. I know it's not a gasser but I've owned it over 40 years now and am convinced it has a soul.

Here's my brothers friend Bob at Marion Dragway in '63. He bought the car new in '57. Used it to tow his boat around. Still has the car.
