    Nice, that may be a Chevy 490 steering box in it. Bob

    That is beyond cool, I'm guessing its quite a bit of fun to tear around town in that thing.

  6. I would have a smile a foot wide driving that .

  7. How does the dizzy work? Since usually they come up through the cylinder head.

  14. Remarkable! The "over the top" wiring on the windshield makes it look kinda junky though....;o}

    What is with the single coil? And weren't the kingston coil boxes inside the firewall?

    The first thing to go on a hopped up T was the four coils and the timer. A real dist. was swapped in from a Pierce Arrow or some other 4 cylinder car.

    I hate that word - "dizzy"!

    Anyhow, when was this built? Is this a real "gowjob"?

    The (aftermarket) distributor is at front of cam, replacing stock timer that worked individual coils for the cylinders. Former coil box now holds battery.
    My favorite detail is the fuel gauge tucked into the strap...
    That thing is entirel off the chart on cool points!

    A young modern vehicle mechanic might have an easier time figuring out a stock Model T ignition than he would with what I regard as conventional ignition...

    I think that's a really neat car. It's very deceptive with all the cool features. Cool.
