Sucks pics don't do flake justice.. but here's a few pics with the contrast turned way down on my camera.. helped a little.. Hard to believe there's a jar and a half on the roof! I just need to wet sand and lay a few more coats of clear.. then I'm officially done with my dash and roof.. well until cut and polish time.. Now comes the month long process of removing metal flake from everything i own! :D

Oooooooh glittery! Love it man!!! Gonna look great cleared, cut and buffed. As for flakes all over your shop....wrap a few neighbor kids in fly paper and pay em a few bucks to roll around in your garage! :D

Love the break on the dash. That Kiwi Metallic with the Kream is inspired. Great job.

Awesome work, you have inspired me to do my 52 now.

When you are finished I would like to hear from you as to how much the sun reflects off the dash when driving.

I am going to be doing mine in a red or maroon similar to what it is now but jut a little brighter.

Keep up the good work can't wait to see the finished job.

  23. I want to have my dash chromed so i have put some thought into this. My idea was to have a piece of vinyl upholstered to match the interior and have some rare earth magnets sewn in. So bam no reflection get to the show pull it off bam metal flake dash. Just an idea.
