Big plans fell through. I have two extra registrations with ONE button each. $30 ea. Can meet at registration noon on Thursday or at the south campground after 5 pm.

$60 if you don't have one yet to register at the show.

    PM if interested.

If you see a guy in a white Duesy Roadster, it's probably me. Stop and say hi. I'm shooting for friday if I can get out of work, maybe saturday and/or sunday too depending on the weather. Joel

The wife and I will be there all weekend. The '51 has made every BTTF's since 2000 except 1. There is just no good reason not to go.

Anybody have a suggestion for a "cool" place off the fairgrounds to get a steak and a beer, or whatever-(NO suchi)? Or how about a Porky's style hang-out.

Not really a Porky"s style hangout but the family and I alway hit "Old Chicago", it's about a mile up the road and always great food.

Hwy closures are delaying things,,,flooding in Duluth and south on I-35 closed,,,hwy 61 closed,,I am not planning on leaving until Friday morning so hopefully they can have this disaster Minnesota is experiencing under control..Flooding at the Duluth zoo drowned many animals..what a shame the city has no contingency plan to deal with flooding,,,must take their cues from the douchebags running our city,,,being reactive instead of proactive
Some of you may be unaware of the scope of the flooding

I lucked out and got vacation days. I'll be looking for you. We're bringing the raggedy A. Probably the last trip in it before it gets torn down to get finished. It's getting overdue.

Drove over just to check out the new Hotel/Registration location and they were already passing out packets (a few minutes early) so I picked up mine and got out just before the rain started.

The city already had the "Event Congestion Ahead" and the traffic cones out on County Road 10.

I should be there all 3 days. Is it big? I got my check in by April 29th and I was registered as #10106. If that's all there was (not a chance) and only 80% of the cars showed up, that's still over 8,000 cars at the Fairgrounds. Spend only 10 seconds looking at each one and that will take you more than 22 hours.

Sheesh, and I remember when I could park my non-hotrod down by the Grandstands and walk up to where the hotrods were. And it wasn't THAT long ago, either. Now every overflow lot in the place is crammed with hotrods. And the last few years have shown the incredible diversity of the hobby. Everything you can imagine (and some things you shouldn't).

  29. Snarl and I will be there on Saturday for sure, and he will hit the swap on Sunday morning. Hope to see some of you there!

Edit -never mind - our plans changed. Very sorry to miss it. Have fun!

I registered wednesday too. My buddy just drove by the host hotel and said traffic was backed up for miles.
