I found this treasure about a year ago and kept it pretty quiet, I finally convinced the owner that I needed it more than he did, went today to get it. Very happy to get this, it was in a very public place too, Im very surprised that it was still available. It was on the Coldstream golf course, close to Vernon BC It has the original glove box knob and ash tray, and original glove box, and a few of the rare V8 engine parts, pedals, K member etc. Its sitting in the back of my truck in my driveway now, so I can breath again. The fellow really didnt want to part with it, but he needed some 32 truck parts that I wouldnt part with unless I got this, it worked out well for both of us, Ahhhhhh
The car originally ran a saw mill on a Farm in Edson Alberta Canada, so the back half is probably there, LOL The fellow knew it was a 32, but I dont think he knew how valuable the 3wnd coupe parts are, I did give him some money and a few 32 truck parts, but I got a really good deal. Here are some pics now that I have it home
How did you figure up it was a 3-window? I don't see any part of the top. Just curious, not trying to be a smart ass.
I have a 3wnd car, and when you are addicted to 32s and your life revolves around them, you can spot a part under a foot of dirt, LOL
The glove box ashtrays used to sell for $400 before they were reproduced. '32 front motor mounts are selling for $300. in Calif. You got some great parts. Good luck finding the rest of it.
The other stuff mentioned plus the front edge of the door (and therefore) the cowl is swept curve not straight up and down like a 5 window. The 3 window was the deluxe car so it had the nicer options. Also 3 windows had suicide doors. 5 windows had front hinges. You can see the female dovetails on the doorjamb at the front.
It does have the waterpump block off plates on it, and the wrong intake I believe, but it does have 32 front motor mnts and a few cool 32 bits on it.
