  2. Steve, that's beyond description, what can you do for my one-circuit-brake-system? some fancy pedal? some donut-shaped-reservoir? (ask the big-boss-man for help!:p) or at least the three-on-a-tree-shift-lever? sometimes i'd dreamed we were a bit closer to ask you about an idea, have a drink and a good talk! but someday we'll do this...

nice work, good ideas and the spontaneous suggestions! i know i didn't do anything to push the HAMB forward but i'm proud to be a part of it yet.

It stopped raining for a while last evening which gave me a chance to weld in my remote oil filter mount. They show just enough to be noticed.

Damn Langy...Thats awesome...Your vision is amazing....I really like the filter mount, I like when you see details like that when you look a car over, it really seperates the men from the boys, things like that don't get noticed by many people, but it makes all the difference...
    Those who know...Get it!

I don't say must but I like to look.

I don't use any bead welint on my Willys. I actually made my own with 2 strips of vinyl sewn together without the plastic tube. The fenders and mating surfaces have this between them. It helps with the rattles. (none)

Just my opinion ... the chrome makes too much splash for me. I have no trim on mine at all.....Headlights, grill and tail lights that's it.

Nice car mate but not the look I'm after really, for me they look better with the trim, it's good that we all like different stuff.
A trimmer friend of mine makes custom piping but after finding a material the right colour I still didn't like it.

Steve, you've built enough cars to know that sometimes we agonize over these little issues, like the fender welt, and once the car is done and running they become a total non issue and get lost in the overall picture. I think there is enough to look at on this car that no one will even notice if you have fender welt or not. :D
