Great thread...amazing how many people drive there cars everyday!

Heres my 51, it sits on the curb and I drive it everywhere everyday when im not in the big work truck (which I need as its loaded with equipment)! People trip out when I park it in structures or parking lots etc....all I hear is "I cant believe you leave that here, arent you worried?" I built it to drive, so its driven...I already have one car to worry about that stays all safe in the garage under cover, I dont need two!!!
    Keep posting fellas

Here is an update of my daily driver. I last posted in this thread in2010. August of 2011 my friend Steve Barcak (Applekrate) & I got in my 61 Tempest, with over 500K on it, & drove to Norwalk Ohio & back from Phoenix AZ. 4460 miles round trip in 10 days. We attended the Ames Try Power Nationals. Largest all Pontiac event in the world. On the way to Norwalk, we visited a Pontiac museum in Pontiac Ill. & also went to the air space museum at Write Patterson in Dayton Ohio. Here are some pics of the trip.

Loaded up & leaving Phoenix Az.

Here's mine at my work last week. 6000+ miles on it in about 10 months. I need to update the build thread and my gallery but I'm having too much fun driving it.

Loveley little GM cars. Buick and Olds made their version as well, but i think Pontiac is the nicest of the 3. The "number" plate is ace BTW :)
It needs skinny whites to compliment the white roof thou.

Have allways ran white walls but they are getting hard to get in the size I run. Had this new set of tires I mounted up just for the trip. Took of whites that had 45K miles on them.
