I WAS ON A TRIP TO A LOCAL JUNKYARD WHEN I SAW THIS HUBCAP THAT WAS GROWN INTO A TREE. PRETTY COOL TO THINK HOW MANY YEARS ITS BEEN THERE. ANYONE ELSE HAVE ANYTHING SIMILIAR?
Hi, first post here for me, tho I have been watching and learning for a while ....here's a local '36 truck getting a squeeze from a pair of trees.....the tree in front has grown into the wheel and crushed the fender and has tilted the truck up from level, tree at the back comes up right behind the cab and has grown into the frame.....
Back in the midwest I remember many trees growing out of vehicles. Mostly in very old junk yards. It's really common. Sadly we didn't take picture back then.

actually if you read the title, its supposed to be car parts mixed with nature, not cars rusting away like that thread.
a friend in Marquez, TX has a tree with a flathead fuel pump in it at about the 20-25 foot mark, I will get a pic next time I'm there.
I probably found these here on the HAMB. I cant remember what made the nest under the hood of this car.
