Before You go on about stealing names or "But I was the first person to think up a Traditional Hot Rod show", this is just a reminder for anyone that's interested in a good show.
SILVERCITY SHAKEDOWN, Saturday June 9th, noon until 8, Meriden PBA, Meriden Ct.
We have been taking some slack locally about being "premadonnas" because we didn't let every car that people thought was a "hot rod" in the gate. Please read the rules on the website or PM me here if you have any questions.
This year is going to be bigger and better (weather permitting-NO raindate) so come out and support it. Thanks

HEY! i was gonna use allstarderrick as my screen name but you stole it!!! YOU BASTARD!!! but really folks, this was one of the best shows of the year. and the weather wasn't even that good.

 

Like Bruce said it was a great show! THAN YOU!!! for sticking to your guns on what is allowed and what is not. The show is about the cars and not about collecting money at the gate. Looking forward to it!! Todd

Under a month countdown. Band schedule will be up soon. We got a genuine Texas Taco Truck to add to our food vendors this year.

 

I'm so bummed. My nieces H/S graduation party is the same day and family trumps cars. Oh well, I will make it next year. Last years show was great. A deffinate must attend show. Todd

Seems like something has always ruined my plans to make it out, but I'm trying like hell to finally make this show this year.

This show is gonna be bitchin!!

 

Sooo pissed I will be missing this one but at least it is for a fishing trip. Next year for sure.

over 100 cars last year, and it rained!! a good time was had by all, good people, good food, good drink, good entertainment. make sure it's on your list of must attend shows!!

 

Couple hours away but I want to make the drive out, can I put the Buick in the show? No skulls or spiderwebs on it and no way is it a junk rod, it is a hot rod with no paint.

 

No paint is fine....
