Have no ambition recently. Thinking a movie or 2 might help. Anyone have a movie to help me out. I have American Graffiti, Deuce of Spades, And I think Hollywood nights... I am sure I am missing a few. Any help would be greatly Appreciated. Thanks..............
Most of these are based on OT cars but feature great driving scenes or just have cool cars in them.. Two Lane Blacktop Vanishing Point Bullitt Grand Prix Death Proof Tales of the Rat Fink Rebel Without a Cause Thunder Road The California Kid
Thunder Road 1958, Two Lane Blacktop 1971,The California Kid 1974, Return to Macon County 1975, more recently, Worlds Fastest Indian 2005.
Ahhh.. I overlooked the World's Fastest Indian.. Great movie. I wasn't going to put up any motorcycle movies but as seeing they're on here anyways, don't leave out "The Wild One."
Wasn't there a movie called Hot Rod? The guy crashes his car and puts the motor in an old Willys to beat the bad guys running the town. Saw it once on a late show. Kinda corny, but car entertainment and I'd watch it again if I could find it.
The World's Fastest Indian is very inspirational and motivating. I'm not a bike guy, but this movie shows what can be accomplished with determination and very little money.
That's "The Road to Bonneville". . . . and then there's: . . . and: . . . and, though it's not cars, I've got this one on it's way: <object height="315" width="560"><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/gG9Ze95DjFo?version=3&hl=en_US" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" height="315" width="560"></object> Head on over to www.AtomicHotRods.com That's the site where you can get all of the movies above!
Hot rod(1979)!! No doubt hands down the best Hot rod-Drag racing movie of all time!! anytime i need a hot rod pick me up i just pop that movie in! Also "American Nitro" the late 70s funny car documentary is AWSOME!!
Well I can only suggest my best sellers: 1) Hot Rod (1979) 2) Dirty Mary Crazy Larry 3) Two Lane Blacktop 4) Hollywood Knights 5) Catch me if you can 6) Born to Run 7) Heart Like a Wheel 8) Vanishing Point 9) American Graffiti 10) Last American Hero The above have been my most popular selling DVD's for over 18 years of selling at car events. Any one of the above get my "gas pedal foot" shakin...
It's not Mark Hamil but Harry Hamlin Clash of the Titans and L.A. Law in there, along with Dan "Grizzly Adams" Haggerty and Deborah Van Valkenburgh of The Warriors and the Too Close For Comfort T.V. show. Pretty cool beat up old mid 60s 'Vette Hopper drives.
You ain't gonna get anything done sitting in front of the TV. You can't absorb ambition from the couch thru ossmosis.
"You ain't gonna get anything done sitting in front of the TV. You can't absorb ambition from the couch thru ossmosis. " Bing, we have a winner. Here lately I watch an NHRA race and less than halfway thru turn off the TV and go out and work on my own junk instead of watching someone else race thiers. So why am I on the computer instead of out in the shop now?
