here is one a friend had as a pro street car in high school about 15 years ago or maybe even longer. He has redone it tunnel rammed small block with a 4 speed.

His cousin has a Two Lane Clone and his Dad has a clone of Falfa's 55.

Time for a different look. Not much easier than a wheel/tire swap.
Always liked the TLB look. Best part of this is now I can drive it in the rain.

  15. What is the TLB look? I'm old enough to remember that EVERYTHING was your daily driver......It was the only car you had. I love Traditional looks, but only when you can drive them in everything....That's where "compromise" becomes very important.....Centurion9

TLB...Two Lane Blacktop 55 Chevy. I loved the looks of the slicks on the back, but after getting caught in a heavy downpour of rain last year (scared the crap out of me !), I began to watch the weather very closely before I ventured too far from home. I have a second set of matching rear rims for the slicks for those "special occasions". :D

  17. Thanks for clearing that up for me Baron......I'm very familiar with the movie too, but in the past, like the movie, spares were carried in the trunk.....:) Love the car....You should be very proud! Please consider posting more and bigger pics....I'd love to use your car as my Wallpaper....Beautiful!
