  2. The '33 you were riding around in down under was really working for me.
I liked the rawness of it.

I'd take Paul Gommi's 32 Phaeton with some changes if that's possible. I'd strip all the exterior fluff and run BLC's and a 37 ford tail lights. Keep the mill the same because it's perfect. I'd also swap out the wheels and tires for '35 ford Wires and 7.50's and 6.00's.

That's just me being picky and wanting to make it my own.

I love Phaetons. Ts, As, 32, etc... they're awesome.

Paul Gommi's deuce is pretty badass.

  8. The George DuVall built So-Cal plating ’35 Ford delivery is the ultimate Phaeton hands down.

But Thommo's '33 tourer was just so rad to ride in

The back bumper on the DuVall car- pure sex.

Id love to see one built in a thowback, traditional style.

One of these - with an altitude adjustment and bullet-proof drivetrain. Keep the rest stock.

When I sold my '38 coupe I went immediately to buy a '36 Phaeton an old friend had. I was two weeks too late.

    I love a '36 Phaeton.

I really dig the Aussie '33. One of my favorites. I couldn't possibly pick a single favorite so the '33 is my favorite post-V8 early Ford.

This is my favorite T touring.

And my favorite A touring is a toss up between these two..

Jake's tub is still my favorite. I was an impressionable teen-ager when he built that car. Love it.

Here's some photos of mine, "31 2dr deluxe Phaeton. I owned a '32 full fendered roadster, but it was too small for me, so I sold it. This body came up on e-bay out of New York and I thought " it looks like a roadster but I can move the seat back for more leg room. Myself and 3 friends built the car in 7 weekends, and a few long nights, and it's made 2 round trips to Bonneville trouble free (except for melting a fan relay socket in the middle of Nevada).

These are all pretty awesome. My favorite phaeton is the '36 Ford hands down. The late 30's and early 40's GM ones were pretty cool too IMO.
