That's crazy, a Henry J in Sweden. Do you any history on it? Like how it ended up there.

  4. Infact there where 808 Henry J's sold New in Sweden. Today there are 4 road registrated Henry J's in Sweden. This looks like it Would be the first Gasser J in Sweden.

  16. It is pretty much unmolested. Some dents and dings here and there. Rusty floor, spare tire housing and left rocker panel bottom

  17. Congrats man !
That reminds me of the one I passed on and regretted it, it belonged to Pastlane here on the HAMB...lol

If mine were that nice I might actually have some ambition to build it... There were 5 of them here at one point, down to just one & a pile of parts now.

  29. Hi again!

Has happend some on this old Henry J. Got it running and fixed the brakes and a fuelpump and new fuel lines.

So last Monday i got it registrated again. It was put in a storage in Ostersund sometime during the end of 1967 before Sweden went from Left to Right side traffic.

So its been of the road for almost 45 years.

Also got in contact with a guy who got a ride in this car in 1966.

Also bougth some stuff for it.

A 30's Chevy pickup frontaxle with Volvo discbrakes.

    Chevy 350 4 bolted around 320-350 hp.

    Saginaw 4 speed.

    And some other parts needed

Will use it a couple of month before i tear it down for gasser treatment.

    Second stop. Wifes parents

  30. Hello Everyhopa (Swenglish for all of u)!

Time for some updates. The car has now got a chevy 1936-38 frontaxle with volvo 121 discbrakes upfront and a volvo 1031 rearaxle (3:54) with discbrakes. 350 chevy with a 4 speed sawinaw. Pedals are from a 1969 chevelle 396. Front shocks are Corvette C3. Brakecylinder are from an old chevy van. Steering balljoints from an old cadillac. Lots of different car parts. But i think it looks great. Only the rest left now......;-)
