I'm 100% sure that baby is for real, but for some reasons the wheels are looking photoshopped  is that just me ?

Proportions are perfect ! too bad it lay on the ground ...

I've posted this a few times, but, here's my shoebox Ford sedan...:

...old custom started in the '60's, and never finished, chopped 4.5", slanted B pillars, rear window section moved forward, (the roof is now longer that a coupe, shorter than a sedan), sectioned 4"...

...(sorry for the crappy pic, it's the only one I have of the car mocked up)...

It's been photoshopped, there's a lot of cut lines around the frontend. I think the car was really chopped, and possibly sectioned, but there's been some hacking on that picture.

I normally dont care for sectioned Mercs, but this one is perfect! Not overdone, great proportions!! (well except for the mirrors !)

I agree with you on the mirrors. Last year Ross has changed them out to a more
traditonal style mirror. When you see it in person, the section job doesn't hit you
right away. He didn't over do it and with the full Desoto grill it helps hide what has
    been done.

im pretty sure its the slamming was done in photoshop, thats why the feet look weird too, like the guy would be smaller than normal, or something
...acceptable, though :D would like to see some progress on it
    edit:....and here it is

Go ahead and start the build thread now - it looks great and I'm sure a lot of people could learn from what you've done so far. By the way, when are you going to raise the front wheel openings?? That won't cost you more than time and some welding wire.

Im going to leave the front wheel openings the way they are. I think it makes the car look lower. I'm actually thinking of lowering the rear wheel openings too... I just need to get off my lazy butt and start working on it again. I've just been sidetracked on my Camaro project.

Here is a truck that will be at the show this weekend. The truck has been in a garage for over 25 years...

Thats really cool! Some nice custom bodywork there! It can be hard to make a truck look right as a custom sometimes, but this one nails the look I like :D Does this mean its gonna get restored/finished up?
