I like this alot! How about swapping grill, remove the flashers daylights emblems and doorhandles but keeping original paint?

James D, yours is really sweet too!

    Thanks to both of you

EDIT: Just noticed that it was allready done, sweet!!

I love the taildragger/lowered bombers look. I've been looking at '46 chevy fleetlines. But there are a lot out there lowered. I found a desoto airflow, very unique car, but don't know how it would look lowered or even on the ground. The body looks very tall. Give me some help.

Thanks man. That look unreal. That's definitely what I was looking for.

  8. Well Grabber Orange would get you in the ball park;) I'd like to see the mix charts for those two colours. If they're 1/64th different I'd be suprised. I think Ford just resurrected it in 1980 and gave it a new name. Not the first time.

I pushed the tint into the root beer range and added a red base with a fleck roof.

    No prob.

My dad and I restored a 56 Century 4 door hard-top in the 90's and it had a white top from new. They look better to me with the white top.

Ok my turn! Here's the '55. I hope this angle is good enough - it's all I have at present w/out being a dead-on side view.

I'd like to see it with a black hood, skirts, and lowered 2"
