My kids would LOVE that "tree house". Hell, so would I!

  6. Well it looks like th bed wood is still solid. :D:D

I have yet to own an AD truck, my little brother had one that he owned and drove for a couple of decades. There was also one that cruised locally when I was in high school that really floated my boat. If I had that one and could build it I could pay tribute to two vehicles in one build.

OK a little known fact, you can bolt one of those in a '62 Chassis (long narrow box chassis). Pretty simple upgrade.

used to be a guy up on Route 80 who had a Crosley 20 feet up in a tree. Went by one day and it was gone...Im guessing the bureaucrats ruined a great piece of art.

Shit, ....that'll buff out.....all you've got to do is cut away the tree......and it's a 5-window to boot!

    I want it too, Larry.....

wonder if a guy could get enough boards out of that tree to do the bed wood with. they should have parked it over an oak tree.

Maybe he's gonna make a woody out of it one of these days and he's growing his own.

There was a car dealer in Kansas that had one for sale like that. He had just cut the tree off under the truck and had the whole thing for sale.

Gives new meaning to "laying down some roots" before you restore your truck.

This 4 door sedan with the tree growing out and snow covered looks like the headlights are on! Kind of creepy, might be Christens grandpa.

  25. Paul....cool pic, maybe you can go back in the spring and fall to get pics with the leafs on the tree, be neat to see. Do you think that one would buff out like your last one?
