    I just found out from F&J that it's probably a 303", not a 324"
I'm not an Olds guy, and was just relaying what I was told.
I can't wait to get it home.
I'm going to meet one of the former owner's at Deuce Week this weekend.

Wow. I thought porn wasn't allowed here.
You have got to be the luckiest man on the planet scoring a car like that.
What an extremely rare find, never sell it, because if anyone were to change it, that would be criminal.
    Love it, I,m in awe.

I just found out today that my friend Chris, in Tx., was offered the car in '08, while it was in Steve Babinsky's shop in N.J. Small world.

Awesome car. What are your plans - any type of restoration or leave it as is.

I plan to leave it as is, but make it safe to drive.
I did ride around a parking lot in it, but it wasn't registered.
I'm in the car restoration business, and know the danger of trying to 'improve' things. Take it slow is the best method. At 6'2" / 205 it's a tight fit the way it's configured now. There's only 1650 miles on the odometer, which judging from the car's condition, is entirely possible.

This all came about because I was going to look at an old Porsche Cabriolet for a customer, and happened to ask the broker if he knew of any Hot Rods for sale. He said he didn't know anything about them, but oddly enough he knew of a local guy who had bought a '32 Ford to help a guy out. He wasn't a hot rodder either, and only wanted to sell the car for what he had in it. I was there the next morning. Wherever I go I ask about old hot rods. They're still out there!
