I'd wait on the chop till you have the floors done. Just makes it easier having more room to work in there.

 

with ur planned chop and channel....u probably won't be able to put people in the back seat.

Ok so i gotoff at 5 today came home and hit it hard taped it up

 

I'll be watching this build as I'm working on a A coupe that will be channeled.

Hay yall I hope everyone is doing good I got A little of it the top put back together tonite it's going to take a day or two

 

The top of the cowl looks great peaking over the radiator like that!!
The chop turned out great man. Just right.

I would like some input on what everyone thinks about channeling the body over the frame leave on top 1" 1.5" 2" 3" or 4" Chanel

I think the best looking ones are the ones you can see the frame with the chop. As you know, to me - channeled at really looks goofy - The porportions get funny because they are longer than they are tall. Short and stocky looks tough. To me - that car is really going to look funny if it is super long with 4 doors and channeled lower and chopped. Of course opinions are like you know what. Good luck dude.

 

All the ones on there are channeled to the ground that is not what I'm after I will do some more research tonite and see if I can find one with a 1.5 or 2" channel and post a pic of it

 

Here is the one I like on an A frame. You're right the rest of them are channeled down way too much.

Any is way too much to me.

 

I got to do a little to her tonite but I had a paying get dropped off and he needs it in the am witch is great extra money is good helps me get closer to a new 4" drop front axle
