    "GASS or AL-KEE-HAUL"???
No contest Jeff. AL-KEE-HAUL will make more power, be easier to tune and run cooler.

Jeff, Love the full car art of your dream roadster. It looks like you could drag with it or maybe dry lakes speed trials. My preference would be the 6 carbs. Less maintence and cost. Like the color.

....and yea....I am still dreaming... but'it's soon to become a reality.
I darn near forgot about this thread.
I have 90% of everything I need to start.I was really under major obstacle on which way to go with induction.
    Carbs?
    Injection?
    Blown?

    2 outta 3 ain't bad.
    Injected and blown.
As soon as that damn coupe is finished, I will be out and running.(Mid summer I assume)

I have been following everyones Drag build with complete earnest and getting some very good feedback.
Made the decision to run on deuce rails too......I am committed on that as well.

Jeff just found your build thread great looking car your building ,Going with the blown injected Alky is the way to go once you get it sorted out you'll love it ,when I was working on the fuel cars ,if we weren't running that weekend I'd help out on some friends Alky dragsters ,It was like a weekend off , make a pass ,go back to the pits ,drop the oil ,set the valves ,read the plugs ,fatten or lean a hole out here and there if needed, set the clutch, sit and BS and wait till the next round, Life is good Tim Jones

  18. I was wondering when this one was going to get the green light. Awesome build Jeff, and with the way your other projects turn or are turning out, this will be unreal. Good luck with it!

Yes, they have! I'm in the process of designing and building a 'one off' a scratch built all aluminum bodied 32 Ford roadster.

Well thanks again folks... Like I mentioned.I have nearly all I need.
Saving pennies for the rear now.I like the Bear Rear end packages....
I already have a 9 inch case(57) and Bear has some very good bullet proof components.
It will be a while before I revisit and load up pics of the build itself....
I gotta finish that dang coupe first....

    Thanks again.
There is SO MUCH inspiration on this board....

Cool project! You could probably raise a few more "pennies" for it by selling some T-shirts, maybe white, with the drag roadster on the back and the grille shell logo on the left front....hmmm?

    Anyhow, that's my 2 cents worth ;).
