REPRO not REPO

I was wondering about that
Over here (UK) its always 'repro' (as in 'duction)
but you guys seem to always use 'repo' or 'repop'
'different countries separated by the same language' haha!

 

Repo = Repossession

Repro = Reproduction

I like it when people use NORS, like it's almost NOS.

I'm partial to proper english myself - can't stand the "no caps/no spaces/text-speak" crap that permeates the web.

However, I like to think "repop" is close enough to reproduction - seems like "popping out" a few new copies from original or remade moulds is an appropriate description of the reproduction market.

"Repo" though? Just stupid...

OK. While we're having an English lesson, why do so many guys on here think "then" and "than" are interchangable words? Not even close!
