Lightly put, mutherfuckin bad ass truck. Is it the same one that was red oxide, that Drag'n'shop used to work on? The one im talkin about had an Auto Butchers plaque and never seen it since probably 05. Whats the story on this one also. bitchin car.
Man... I spent three days there, and there are cars on this thread and others that I did not see !!! I was helping out at the tee shirt booth outside on Saturday and met a couple from Milan Italy. He and his wife left Italy on Friday, flew for 23 hours, attended the show on Saturday, and flew back to Italy on Saturday night so that he could go to work on Monday! That is what I call dedication and enthusiasm for this great hobby! Talked to another guy on Sunday that has a shop in Florida. He and his son came out for the GNRS for the first time, and to see the NHRA and Peterson Museums. They went by Jay Lenos Garage and were told that it is a private shop and there are no tours availabe. Just when they were leaving, Jay came out of one of the buildings and saw them at the gate and waved to them and asked if he could help them with something. They told Jay they were in town for Florida for the GNRS and just wanted to see some of his cars. Jay opened the gate and gave them a complete tour of his place and even gave them a ride in one of his steam cars! Talk about a story to tell for generations!!!! They said Jay could not have been nicer!!! Heard some great stories and met some great people. Harry
Thanks for the photos! I loved that burgandy Roadster, the one without doors. I'd have that paint all screwed trying to get my old, fat butt in and out of that car though
Great pics, I took a few when I was there on Sat. But couldn't get them to post off my iPhone, yours are better anyways . Thanks for posting! Murch.
Your welcome guys, doing show coverage with the app and your phone As a camera is so much easier than camera/ computer. Although im kinda bummed some of the pics are a lil out of focus... O well...
