Haha. Nice!. Ive done that before... I got busted by a state trooper... But he got a little over zealous and hit the brakes and slammed a light pole... So.. I left... He pulls me over every chance he gets...

  3. Shoot.. we used to do this all the time, best done in a totally empty parking lot of course. It does teach you how to drive on snow, how to correct for a skid, etc.

Do you have a version without that loud, annoying headbanger "music"?

    I can't hear the engine.

  6. That looks like a blast! I might go out and do that right now

A few years back I witnessed a young teen doing that in a busy lot. He hit a parked car and realized I was watching. I watched him place a note on their windshield. After he left I checked it out and just as I expected the note was blank. I wrote his plate number on the note along with my phone number as a witness. Never heard anything of it but sure he probably did.

Did that many times in the Buffalo area when I was younger, even with my '57 Tbird.

We used to do that on frozen lakes up in North Dakota....guys would also race roundy round. Run rims only on the left side - you could only do a few laps before the rims would do some serious ice-cutting....then you'd just move the oval somewhere else. Boat ramps were custom-made for roaring down, out onto the lake, and then slam on the brakes and turn the wheel hard over one way or the other....you'd do doughnuts for a quarter mile (usually less).

Nice, slow and controlled. Looks like fun, I'm glad it's melting too, I worked half a day this week.

If you do that a lot faster and hit curb.... You will fold your front suspension.... Don't do it if front of you high school like I did 15 years ago... Real embarassing
