When I was 5 years old I saw my first '32 Ford and fell in love and nearly 20 years later I finally have one. I trade a pretty damn solid '53 complete belair to get it but it was well worth it to me. It apparently spent part of its life on its roof.[IMG][/IMG]

  2. Mate thats a pretty good damn trade i think, you got your dream car now start collecting
the part to get it on the road.

  3. A 32 Ford in trade for a 53 Chev...you did good not matter how nice the Chev was!!

  4. Looks like it has a dash and the front door garnish moldings? Thats half the battle there. Any rot in the bottom? Find a donor roof and your on your way!!

I thought I did good too Chris. The dash and garnish molding are there, although the moldings are rotted but repairable. The bottom of the car was surprisingly solid and the doors were shockingly solid. I traded sight unseen. Not the wisest thing to do but I knew if I didn't get it my chances of finding another one would be pretty slim. I was very satisfied in the end.

Great score! I remember my 1st deuce part, I have still have it on my roadster as well as the 2nd part. I did buy a 32 BB 131 & 1/2"wb stake truck 15yrs ago, still have it as well. Not too far from where you're starting at,but very cool just the same.
    Congrats and live your dream!

There are 2 kinds of people in this world, the ones that want 32 Fords and the ones that have 32 Fords. you are now one of the lucky ones. Welcome to the H.AM.B.

    1932 Fords are a sickness ...
    WELCOME to the sickness !!

You will find that one 1932 Ford is not enough. Most 32 Ford owners have at least two and usually even more. :)
