  1. There are many One-Shot suppliers in Canada, if you need it to be in Quebec get ahold of Pierre Tardif in ValCartier Village 418-844-1733 and tell him Chris Stapley sent you. He will help you out I am certain!

Here is some work that we had done to my sons 52 Ford "turd" now known as the "Chicken Ranch" truck

I used to work right down the road from what was the Chicken Ranch. Now its just a museum with trinkets for sale.

  15. My Model A truck had around 12 layers of paint. While stripping it, i found this, which is from the 40s.

And under this sign, was this one. It was done in gold leaf, with a blue drop shadow.
Im picking that this one goes back to the 30s.

This thread is great. I was talking with my dad and found out that his dad had a F1 back in the '50's for his shop truck. He had the shop name on the door along with the phone # and catch phrase. Apparently it looked like this:

    Adams' Garage
    Don't Cuss... Call Us!
    Ph. 4-1949

I still have to find out what the phone # was, but dad is trying to find a pic of the shop truck so I can replicate it on our truck as a tribute to his dad and our family heritage. Unfortunately, I have no artistic talent so I won't be doing it myself or it would look like this truck I found locally:

It looks like Jim should have stuck to trenching and hired someone to paint his door. ;)

Thank-You. Kitsap Pennisula. Always wanted a MQQN wannabee. So, told em what I was thinking of, and they allowed it. The MOON guys are great. No big problem or hassles with their name. It for sure looks like it could have been one of theirs. I advertise for them proudly. Its been a great SHOP truck.

Here is some pics of my friends 57 chevy he got lettered this week. All paint no tape here. Car should be done this summer. Its named after a drag 55 chevy wagon that was a local race car from Flat River Mo. It was raced at St.genn missouri, any body know it or have pics?
