Event Coverage Mooneyes, Yokohama Hot Rod and Custom Show 2011

That's funny, I thought that chromed, horizontal barred grille in the rear quarters was a "Kustom" touch, but it's totally stock! Great little, rear engined car. Probably only a couple of cylinders too, right?

 

Ugh, I hate it when people don't read the whole thread and throw a comment pit that's already been covered.... like I just did. Thanks D-Russ! That car is just too cool! Would love to see it with the top up too!

 

Actually, it has a 4 cylinder. A VERY tiny 4 cylinder at 360cc. Maybe the smallest 4 cylinder engine ever used in a passenger car?

 

Judgin by the look of whats in the trunk,isay its been converted to an air cooled VW engine....pretty rad. i bet that from 360cc to 1600cc that thing has to fly..

Yes, this show usually falls on the first weekend of December. On the following weekend, Mooneyes throws the X-mas Party at the Irwindale Speedway in California. Nothing posted on the 2012 event yet, but you can keep an eye on their websites...
