catch up?! your shoebox is gorgeous. the chop, the frenching etc...

no, i sidetracked myself into figuring out ALL these wiring problems. a mess in itself. you hit a blinker and both taillights blink at same time. also fuel gauge never worked. just noticed the wire is trash for the sending unit. who knows what else. my poor baby is going to be stuck in my garage for at least a week or two :(

thanks buddy! so i am working on finding a reason why my tail lights both blink when i turn on a blinker. and this is how terrible all the wiring is! ugh... also, the worst wire you see here is the fuel sending wire.

Order a Rebel Wire kit. Under $150, great quality, everything will work, and no more wire hacks or fire danger!

This header situation is killing me. I dont even think the Sanderson CC2 or CC3's are going to clear the steering. anybody got pictures of how they got around the small block chevy in a shoebox with headers?

Also, I think Sanderson will be your best bet for headers. Raising the engine an inch may make all the difference in the worked too.

Keep us posted on the brakes, I'm interested to find out how you end up fixing it.

i yet to have them hooked up, but they will be hooked up soon. life gets in the way, i don't have a part number, the guy i got the one from works out of orange county ca. i forget his name?

but i did meet him at gnr's last year, he's a distributor for them.

i really appreciate the pics. now THAT is a tight squeeze. is that an Open header running? i dont see a pipe on it. (and that is really clean engine bay compared to mine! haha.) Those arent the CC2 or the CC3's by sanderson, they look a little different model i think.

Hey Big Creep... Is that the old, tall, skinny, cool, full of energy hippy dude that could weld a butterfly to a cargo ship? If its the guy I'm thinking of I know how to get a hold of him for seven.
