Well its a free country so if he wants to sell it, than its his right to. I dont know what the deal was as to why he was banned, but we all join with the full knowledge there are rules to be a member on the HAMB. So if he was banned, I have to put faith in those who made the judgement call did it fairly and within the scope of the rules.

 

Just an asshole trying to vent....and failing. Just like assholes usually do.



Now it's time to use his "ask a question" section for my amusement. Boredom is the Devils workshop.

I have often "spoke my mind" and have not been banned ! (yet !!!!)

I think the shine from the flash washed that out. I don't remember any particulars on someone getting the boot for accusing others for ripping them off but it may have happened while I was on vacation.

We all should put it on our watch list so he thinks a few hundred people are watching it and planning on bidding on it Bid war, not!

 

He must have screwed some members out of parts he sold and didn't ship. I'm just guessing here but someone obviously ruled against him for a good reason.

 

I thought these were named or numbered ?

 

This particular User has been building up to his Ban for a very long time.

Lots of Drama, conflicts with other people over deals gone wrong, irate P/M's, etc, etc, etc...

This last Drama thing was just the last straw, but then he cemented it by re-registering and continue posting.


We take these Bans very seriously.

Too seriously, maybe.

Cause this one could probably have happened a lot sooner...

 

i thought that was a good idea , so i added him to my watch list. Just think if we can get couple of thousand of us to watch it.

Not really, I've seen people banned for the most ridiculous reasons before.

 

Some people just dont get it ,,,We are just one huge happy family and car phanatics and get tired of people who dont read the rules,I only posted on one classified in 3 years and I was drunk and tired ,But 2 infraction points ,No big deal .I just let it go.I just move on .Some of these guys take stuff too seriously /I think its stupid to get po'd at something many states away .......Its a great place.....

Now that I think about it, it is hard as hell to get banned here. I called out Ryan a few times, and still didn't get banned. Now I want to know what the hell this guy did exactly?

 

There was a short lived nasty thread yesterday tearing the HAMB comander in cheif a new one. I searched his user name but get no results??

I see banned under user names from time to time, is there an instance where the users name and all history of him or her is removed from the site?

You dont always get to see the reason a User gets Banned.

A lot of Bans happen because of things that were said in P/M's.
And if it was in Posts on the HAMB, those last couple of Posts are often Deleted because of being Drama and/or Off Topic.

 

Can we get back to the regular schedule programing now?

 

Well it was just viewed 26 times the first time it was up but it is up to 329 views already this time with us all helping, unfortunately i can't get the watch count on this auction.

 

Who cares! The HAMB got the $50 and the trouble maker is gone, so alls good right? I dont see what the big deal is, now lets all get back to work on our cars! Jim

 

Well, some of the people that have gotten banned for, excuse my lack for a better term, dumb reasons were people I talk to off of the website, as in "In Person" and I think the bans they were given were a little unfair and their might have been an over reaction. But hey, who am I to say anything, someone had their reason for hitting the ban button

 

Actually one of the rules is no ebay listings. I got spanked for it once. I was only putting up the link so people could see the pics. I wasn't involved in the sale. Do the mods really have a point system for screw-ups that adds up to being banned?
