I'm starting to appreciate Larks more and more, partly thanks to this thread. A little 2 door wagon would be fun, but I've run out of room.
    That's a nice gasser project.

I've got a '60 Lark VIII hardtop here in Aus but I'd really like to get some period speed gear for a new 259/289/300+ cube Stude engine build. Originally I had hoped to piece together bits for an R4 engine build (expensive!) however mulit-carb manifolds or Hilborn injection would be cool. You just don't see much for sale.

the GBF ( " great balls o fire")is a th400 with a 2600 stall convertor, shifted by a chrome box style b&m series 60 shifter, its the same setup as it was in 1969.

Love that green bullet nose roadster! Lots of other cool ones as well. I'd love a Coupe Express, '50 Starlight or convertible, and Golden Hawk with Supercharged Stude engines.

Here's my '50 3/4 old tow truck, it's in the classifieds section. I would definitely trade it for one of my Stude wants.

This one's a little different, only the heart, the front shox and the rear brakes are Studebaker.

28dreyer, any chance of seeing more detailed images of your engine on that sprint car?
