I too had this toy complete with the depcited frogmen. I dont recall from where they came, ceral box, local "5 & Dime". I recall when bags of Fritos (Remember the Frito Bandito character? PC ended that marketing ploy despite the grins and laughs it brought to my wife of Hispanic origin.) came with plastic monsters. Sort of like Universal Picture creatures-Frankenstein, Wolfman, Creature form the black lagoon.
