Here are some of the older beauties they produced. The fire engine has a Buick Nail Head 322 in it from the factory.

While I have not been a "Chevy Guy" for more than four decades I say Happy Birthday to the Bowtie brand... I may attend a B-Day celebration at the local Chevy garage tonite... maybe they will have some 100 year old donuts...

They barely made it. Let's hope they can keep their shit together and stick around for a while longer.

Studebaker hung around for 112 years for start to finish overall (until they stopped making cars/trucks anyway). Let's hope GM can eventually top that - Ford and Chrysler too.

Studebaker hung around for 112-114 years from start to finish overall (until they stopped making cars/trucks anyway). Let's hope GM can eventually top that - Ford and Chrysler too and Tesla or any other American companies that want to give it a try. I wish them all long life and the best.

I am gonna call bullshit- they should have reset the counter on July 10, 2009 when the US government had to bail them out.

    So roughly happy 2nd birthday!

but yah, happy 100th to the second best.
